Welcome to Codyon (“the App”), developed by Tommy Klyeisen (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“you”, “the user”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Codyon is provided free of charge for personal use
• The App helps you organize your devices, contracts, loans, and related reminders
• A Google account is required only for authorization to access Google APIs (e.g., Google Calendar). No separate account registration is needed

• The App may create and manage a secondary calendar in your Google Calendar account for storing reminders
• Only the following actions are performed:
  • Listing calendars (to detect the app-specific secondary calendar from previous use or for deletion)
  • Creating, updating, and deleting events in the app-specific secondary calendar
  • Deleting the app-specific secondary calendar if you choose to
• The App does not access, modify, or delete your personal calendars or events
• All operations occur directly between the App and Google’s API. No data passes through our servers (we have none).

• Reminder data is also stored locally on your device in an app-specific database to enable offline use and push notifications
• Migration from local reminders to the Google Calendar integration is supported. Migration in the other direction is not supported
• You are responsible for backing up your own data

• The App attempts to sync reminder data automatically, and notifies you of errors
• Manual sync is always available in the app’s options menu
• While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful sync of every reminder

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the App or Google APIs
• Be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your data

• The App and its content (excluding user data) are owned by Tommy Klyeisen
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We make no guarantee that the App will always function without errors, interruptions, or data loss

We are not liable for missed reminders, loss of data, damages from incorrect or failed syncs, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the App.

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Updates will be published within the App or on our official website
• Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of EU and Germany.
